The Evaluation Management system is controlled & efficient way for evaluation of the exams appeared by the Students.
The evaluation can be done in the system in two ways:
- Manual Evaluation: Manual evaluation is only required in those Evaluation Management exams where the examination types are descriptive. Assists examiner to evaluate and score the essay type questions. Storage of answers, scores, and results in database.
- Automatic Evaluation: Automated online evaluation of Objective type questions. For online exanimation, the answer are check along with the conduction of the examination and the examinee can be made available the results instantly. Storage of answers, scores, and results in database.
- Force Exams: It is the feature that gives constant reminders to the Student for the scheduled Exams.
- Certification and Practice Development: Multiple Question pools per exams to evaluate knowledge gaps with remediation reports available for students based on performance. This feature provides an Environment that facilitates a student to practice before actual exams, which helps him/her in accessing his/her rating and Certification Level.
- Save Created exam: Teacher can save exam for further clarification and information. Teacher also can use past saved exam.
- Creating Online Exams: This feature helps administrator in preparing Questions for the exams using the Question Bank available by default in the Evaluation System. The Online Exams can be set using other set of features such as setting time, batch, date, questions, levels etc.
- Set Date/Time: Using this feature the Date and Time can be set for the examination.
- Set Questions: Using this feature the questions can be selected from the question Bank, and also the appearance of questions such as Manually or in the Random Order can also be set.
- Set Batch: Using this feature an administrator can set the examination for an Individual Student as well as the Batch.
- Set Difficulty Levels: The Questions can be easily grouped into different levels (i.e. Basic, Intermediate and Advance).
- Add Question and Answers: Additional to the already available questions in the Question Bank, the Administrator has the ability to add more questions as per the subject.
- Modify Questions: The Administrator also has the ability to modify the User-defined Questions and not the already Available Questions in the Question Bank.
- Set Category for Results: Grade tests automatically or review, comment on, and change grades on tests. Review student results for the entire test.
- Create question paper for both subjective as well as objective type papers.
- Question paper as per multiple difficulty level.
- Random generation.
- Marking system.
- Individual progress bar.
- Student can paused the exam with his convenience.
